Why is flow creating an "apply to each" for a single item

Okay this is confusing me.

I used flow to create a planner item.  I then wanted to update the description of the Planner item (of which there is only one) which needs to be done via Planner update details.

I therefore update details using the ID from the creation above and it gets turned into an "apply to each".  Now I am confused as there is only one Description that I know off and this should surely just be a single operation.  Anyone got any idea why this is happening?

Re: Why is flow creating an "apply to each" for a single item

Hi @tre4B,

Normally when Flow adds an "Apply to each" step, it means that one of the steps will retrieve more than one item. Now, in order to pinpoint exactly why the "Apply to each" is added, it'd be ideal if you post a screenshot of your Flow configuration.
