Word Template Table Row Fill

I have been successfully filling in and saving word documents from templates, including repeated section content control to fill data into rows of a table. However, I have a new requirement: Fill (shade) a row of a table between each section. The sections can be anywhere from one row to five. So, this is what I'd like to reproduce:

Here's what I've tried. I tried investigating conditional formatting in Microsoft Word, but it would appear that someone would need to open the word document afterward to refresh and allow the rules to take place. I also wondered if I could add an image control in the repeated section control and pass in an image of a shaded cell, but I've had no luck in doing that either.

Any thoughts?

Hi @CapstoneAdmin

This may not help given I think you're updating an existing document?

You could try the following Encodian actions:

Convert HTML to Word - Using this approach will give you total control of the layout, mark-up, etc.

Merge Word Documents - Possibly in conjunction with the above... you could create a document containing just the new data and merge with your root document.

Hi

I would be really grateful if you could share how you successfully filled in and saved word documents from templates, including repeated section content control to fill data into rows of a table.

That's exactly what I need to do.

Thank you
