Working with Dates and Time from Excel

Hi All,

I am at my wits end trying to work with dates and times from excel in MS Flow, so I am hoping someone with more experience can help me out.

For context, I have built a PowerApp, which works as desired, that writes its inputs into an Excel Online table. Then, I have a re-occurring flow that looks at each row of the table and sends an email if certain conditions are met, this part also works fine. My issue is that I cannot get the time to send as anything but its decimal value, which of course is useless.

Time is stored with the date (I appended them through the PowerApps button) and separately in another column, so potentially I can use both if needed. I have tried many methods to get the time to read as expected (24 Hr), but to no avail. I am mainly met with the ISO or int() errors.

Input - I can get the date with add days, but not the time.

Any help would be great!

I found the solution on another post that I couldn't get to work originally, so I am linking it here. More or less, this was the route they considered as well.

When you look at the Scheduled Start date/time you can see it is a whole number in Excel.  That number is the number of days (and factional days) since 1/1/1900.  (In calculations you need to use 12/30/1899 because 1/1/1900 is counted and there is no 2/29/1900 for leap year). You can get the number of seconds represented by the decimal by multiplying by 86,400 (the number of seconds in a day).
