Write Create text with GPT using a prompt to extract all text from email an output all the text

Hello, I am hoping someone can help.

I trying to write a prompt that will extract "ALL" text from the email body and output "ALL" of the text content regardless of the structure. I have 4 sections within the email body; Request Type, Approved Communication, Client Impacted, BUs IMpacted and Volume Impacted.    The Approved Communication section of the prompt can be 20 words or it could be 20 paragraphs with text, bullet points, tables and always unstructured.   The prompt written below is not extracting ALL of the content and outputting ALL of the text capture from the HTML to Text action. See the flow attached.

Currently I have the prompt written as

Given a raw email string, extract all of the text within the email body and output it in a structured layout. The email string is as follows: <TEXT>

. Return as fully structured JSON object like this: { "Request Type": "", "Approved Communication": "", "Clients Impacted": "", "BUs Impacted": "", "Volume Impacted": "" } Content: {{CONTENT}}

Thank you for your time looking at this

@dclay41

Its hard to advise on a prompt configuration without source data and testing. It would seem for a structured process like this (assuming the email sections are easily identifiable), you'd get far more accurate results if you parse the email using either expressions or no-code actions like Utility - Extract Text between Values / Utility - Extract Text Instances between Values before appending the result to a JSON array.

Thank you for you time but we would not be able to purchase a 3rd party utility.
