Write date+hour on every status change

Hello,

Is there a way to write date and hour on a column on every status change in sharepoint?

Example:

STATUS A -> write date+hour on column A

STATUS B -> write date+hour on column B

STATUS C -> write date+hour on column C

I have to record date and hour on every status change.

As far as I know, currently, Power Automate cannot monitor whether the specified field has changed. You may consider referring to the following blog to see if the specified field has been changed:
