ZenDesk Connector - Type

Trying to build a Flow to post zendesk tickets.

 

The flow works perfectly, BUT I want to set the Type (Question, Problem, Incident, Task). I've tried these values as text and the field is not set, so I'm guessing it wants the internal value but I have no way of finding that out. Any ideas?

found it    needs to be lower case
