I have an excel file which contains table that I want to import to a SharePoint list using MS Flow.
The file contains a table, also it contains items that has an attachment. The attachments are saved in a SharePoint site.
I want to develop a flow that will import the excel file together with the attachment but don't know what trigger/actions to use with this scenario.

The data was exported from Lotus Notes, example I have this table in excel:
The field FileName is an attachment which the files are stored in a SharePoint library.
I can definitely use the manual flow to import the table. The next step should be adding the attachment.
