automated flow to connect different approver base on microsoft form respond

I'm trying to create incident report with microsoft form and connect with flow. For different issue have different approver. How to connect each respond to different approver base on answer. Approver option / name is stated in the form. Please help, I already try to use condition for multiple approver but flow automatically goes to not approve.
