automove sharepoint file to a specific folder that has to be searched!

is it possible to save a sharepoint file automatically, or with an intermediate question/step in a certain folder, which must be searched?

for instance:

a file "21200 test.pdf" should be saved at location: projects / 2021 / 21200 project x / order confirmation

so the pdf file has to be saved by searching in the folder "projects" for folder 21200 project x. Then the PDF file must be saved in that folder under the subfolder "order confirmation".

is this even possible? Maybe with a serach variabel where you can type 21200?

the folder where the pdf file is located is a folder in sharepoint. these are attachments of emails that are put in a folder via powerautomate.

now I want to clean up the pdf file per project with another flow.

our folder structure of the projects is as described
folder "projects" in a fixed folder. after that come subfolders per year.

the projects are listed per year, such as "21200 project AC"

so new projects are added, but.... once the folder of a project is created it is fixed in the same location
