Hey @ran-ten21

Can you share more details on the scenario that you are trying to build?

Are you looking for a connector and unable to find it? If it does not exist, you can create an idea post here or upvote the already existing similar ones.:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

Else, if you have api access to that service, you can use the HTTP request action to send an http request and build the logic accordingly.

Hope this Helps!

Re: @ava needed

In teams, you can add the application "ava" which helps with tickets.

you have to @ava 13434314334 need help

and I want to be able to automate this process. But it doesn't seem possible.

Re: @ava needed

Hi @ran-ten21

Yes. This is currently not doable with Flow. The ava app is an individual app that can be added as a bot or a tab to a team and cannot be mentioned on a chat directly as a user. Makes sense?
