buildup web link to view PDFs in a document library

When adding an item to Sharepoint list, a flow will save the attachments to a document library.

I rename the attachment files in the document library with the list ID at the beginning.

For example, if the list ID is 12, then the files in document library are 12-atachment1.pdf, 12-attachment2.pdf, ... etc.

I want to write a flow to send email with these files as web links, so that the user can click to see the related pdf.

How to do this?

Thanks,

Joe

Hi @uogadmin,

You could use the  Create sharing link for a file or folder action to create the link of the created file:

And please notice when choosing who your sharing link gives access to. "Anyone" option will only work if your administrator has enabled it.
