builiding a pdf from powerapps datas

Hi,

I am a user of powerapps and I make an app talking with a sql db. I never used flow and I don't know how to start. This app represent all the things done by a technician for it's client.

Once all the parameters are done from the technician, the client will sign it on tablet and a mail is sent to the technician and the client with a pdf.

 

In this pdf I want all the settings entered from the technicians on the app in a template.

 

How can I do the template ? HTML?

How can I send variables in the HTML? Flow will help me?

If you want to convert form data into a PDF file within your PowerApps app, I afraid there is no direct way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently. There is no built-in feature to do that within PowerApps currently.

 

As a alternative solution, you will need a third-party connector,  please check the following article:
