Hi, my Problem is, to get new datafrom business central to power automate over a trigger (the standard business central trigger has too few tables) .... is the solution a webhook?
otherwise must i use common data service? in dont waqnt get ALL Data over a webservice, after a while the data and the query are simply too big How can i solve it?

As you stated, your best bet for the most functionality would likely be to query the Common Data Service directly. With the CDS triggers, you choose the entity name, which is used as a filter. The common Business Central entities like Contact, Customer, Account, Salesperson, User Currency, Transaction Currency, etc:

okay, thanks, I think that would be the easiest thing too ... I would like to have the Opporunity, Opportunity Entry and Todo tables from Business Central, what do I have to set so that these standard tables are written to the CD?
