calculated date field shows wrong time if hidden on new entry form

I have question about a problem that has been dragging on for a long time.

I use the hide field formulas on the new entry form to hide fields, that user doesn´t need to see.

Everything work as expected just a date/time filed. "ErstellDat..gives me problems.

If i use as default value Todays date everything works fine, but i can´t hide the field.

If i use the calculated value Now() i can hide the field but it gives me a complete wrong date and time.
I already checked the regional settings of client and sharepoint online. everything is on Central European...

What is wrong?

Can you explain what do you mean hide the field and how you are doing it with todays date?

when a item is created i save the form with above settings.

if the date field "ErstellDat" is hidden on the new entry form (ex. =if([$StatusAnsuchen]=='Pending','false', 'true')

the field gives me a complete wrong date on saving.

if i leave the field visible and set as default value todays date, the date/time is correct.

you can reproduce this behavior.
