Hi
I have a flow that starts with a form that is sent to approval. When it is approved a mail should be sent to perform the order. Is it possible to change so that this mail is sent from the user that created the from initially?
Currently I'm using "Send an email (v3)" to send the mail after aproval. I see that there is an outlook send function with send-as option, but I do not have the option of granting send as rights for all of my users so I don't think this is my answer.
The mail is sent externally.

Hi @kmlunde ,
The function to send the approval email from the requestor's email box is not supported in Microsoft flow currently since you couldn't have the permission to send an email from all the responder's account for a form in Microsoft flow currently.
The only alternative way to set the Requestor field in the Start and wait for an approval action with the responder email, and the requestor email would also be sent in the approval email.
Best regards,

This is my flow:
THis is a recent thread covering this topic. So the options are to get permissions to send emails on behalf of somebody else or use a shared mailbox. Unfortunatelly I don't think there is the option to send emails on behalf of the user that posted a response to a MS Forms survey
