combine two mutally exclusive statements into one expression in Flow

Hi, in our Flow, we have an Outlook - Send en email using a shared mailbox step with an HTML table in the body of the message, and we need to use css to hide/show rows depending on field values...

so we have these two statements in two expressions in our message body:

if(
	And(
		equals(triggerBody()['Advertising']['Value'],'Leaflet top-up request'),
		And(
			Or(
				equals(triggerBody()['L_Artwork']['Value'], 'Bargain New Store')
				,equals(triggerBody()['L_Artwork']['Value'], 'Home & Fashion')
				,equals(triggerBody()['L_Artwork']['Value'], 'Home Store')
				)
			, equals(triggerBody()?['StoreOpeningDate'],'')
			)
		)
		, 'tr.StoreOpenDate {display:none}', 'tr.StoreOpenDate {display:visible}')

and the second one:

if(
	And(
		equals(triggerBody()['Advertising']['Value'],'Door drop request')
		,And(
			Or(
				equals(triggerBody()['DD_Artwork']['Value']	, 'Bargain New Store')
				,equals(triggerBody()['DD_Artwork']['Value'], 'Home & Fashion')
				,equals(triggerBody()['DD_Artwork']['Value'], 'Home Store')
				)
			, equals(triggerBody()?['StoreOpeningDate'],'')
			)
		)
	, 'tr.StoreOpenDate {display:none}', 'tr.StoreOpenDate {display:visible}')

but they are supposed to be mutually exclusive, so how can I combine them?

in our output css we should get just

tr.StoreOpenDate {display:visible}

 or

tr.StoreOpenDate {display:none}
