converting string into Initializing Integer Variable action

Hello,

I have a lookup collum in a SHP list (its a ID lookup as additional collumn from Title), MS Flow tells me its a string.

So when trying to initialize it as a integer variable I get the following error(1st screenshot).

I tried It with two compose actions (tried it with one also - no luck)

The flow looks like this, I'll be happy to get rid of the compose actions.

The point of the "initialize as variable" is to input it int a SHP "get item" action as ID (and the ID field only takes integers, but the lookup is string 😞 ).

I tried every syntax I could find in

Please help I am stuck on this. Thanks

Re: converting string into Initializing Integer Variable action

nevermind I figured it out, in case anyone wonders, that lookup is not string but object.

Re: converting string into Initializing Integer Variable action

@avt Let's hope the Expressions functionality recently announced will apply to Variables action blocks also; meaning instead of adding Compose + Initialize variable, we will just need to add Initialize variable
