create a flow for status change

I am fairly new to power automate.  I have built one flow for a list.  I now am wanting to build a new seperate second flow for a library but im not sure how to do this.

I have library A with documents loaded in it.  Library A has a status column where we record the document is either "draft", "renewal", or "final" for each document.  I want to have library A send a copy of the file to library B, whenever the status column is set to "final" for each file.

Is there a template that can guide me to create this type of flow?  Is there a you tube or other training that can guide me.  I can see how to do this for a list column, but i am failing to see how to do this with a library column.

Let me know if this the screenshots below help you out with creating your flow.  You will have insert the correct values of course.

It appears that my screenshots didn't upload properly.  Let me try again.

Before you sent this response i gave a try at building a flow for this.  Here is what i came up with.  The flow runs but it does not send a copy of the file to Library B.  I am not sure i understand how to use the compose and JSON options you are displaying.  I will try it.

I figured it out.  Neither of the above options worked for me.  This is what did work.
