creating an Azure Group Join request from flow

So, I can create an Azure Active Directory group from Flow. I can add members to it, I can remove members from it.. but what I cannot seem to do is create a delegated join request for a user.

Self service group memberships is working just fine for us, so I would prefer not to bypass it. As such I would like to be able to generate such a join request and have it follow the normal flow of operation otherwise. Does anybody have any ideas on how to make such a thing happen?

I realize I can implement my own approval flow, but I do not want to, it ruins the governance.

Thanks for any insights provided 🙂

Re: creating an Azure Group Join request from flow

Hi @KS,

According to your description of requirements, I assume that you want to add members into your AAD Group after sending the join request to the users. I am afraid there is not join request could be sent.

How about sending an option email? Then get the SelectedOption to determine the following add members.Annotation 2019-09-10 125157.png
