Hi @gustavocruz
As i said yesterday in: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Adding-approval-styled-button-to-a-mail/m-p/23240...
If you use Start an approval, theres just Approve/Reject. If you use Send email with options, you can edit whatever you want, including Approve, Trash, Rework, Salvage or Bin. Check the link and see how it looks.
Pick the one that suit your needs and let me know if you need further info in building your flow.

Hi @gustavocruz,
As @Dorul suggested, if you want to include multiple options in the approval email, you may only use Send an email with option.
Configure the options in User Options, note that this is a single choice, and each message is only for one user.
If the user has clicked on an option, the options in the email will be invalidated, and clicking the option again will report an error.

Please take a try.
Best Regards,
Dorul,
The custom buttons in the sent emails with options is working beautifully, thank you. Now I want to capture who is making the decision, in other words, who clicked the button. I thought that I could used "Modified by DisplayName", but since I created the flow all the items are been tagged with my name as the Created by and Modified by. Any suggestion?
I'm glad it works 🙂
I found an old printscreen that I used to help someone else.
Look for the button Approver email.
In my example, in subject I get the response and in the body of the email, who approved/rejected

I see the "See more" option, but still doesnt work
Dorul,
It is not possible to do what we want to do. Below is the link to this idea
Hi @gustavocruz
I do have Approver email button, but it only works with one approver. Didnt try with 2 or more, untill today.
So if you can use it with just one approver, it`ll work. I tried in both cases, as approvers email defined in flow and with approvers email to be defined when starting new item in sharepoint list.
You could use 2 flows that are triggered by the same list, in this way you can track who selected which option, but if one approvers clicks on Approve and the other one on Reject.. wouldnt be so nice 🙂

Dorul,
I am sorry about I dont understand what needs to be done. Here is my flow
then, on my send an email step, I have the following. I need to have 15
"Selected Option" because the first Switch targets each person separately.
Are you suggestion to created a condition step, where if the item was updated to update the item with that person's name or email?
Hi @gustavocruz
I do have a column with approvers email, but if you have 15 people as approvers, I`m afraid I cant help you further on this thing, with so many approvers. Because I cant even test it with so many names 🙂
