dynamic UI elements

Hi all,

I'm struggling to get my flow to select some things in a file manager opened from chrome, to select a file for import ect.

The UI elements only work when initially set up, then don't work again as something must change causing PA to fail. This isn't something that happens within normal file explorer, only the one chrome is opening.

Any help would be much appreciated, I have attached an image for reference and want to click them in order 1,2,3
