email with options stay active

hi

I'm building a flow that includes sending an email with options. How can I make it so the 3 options on the email stay active even after an option was clicked?

I'm using it to track support tickets. The options are Scheduled, On-site, and Completed.  But once you click one the flow is done and it won't let you click the next button later.

I'm would like the other option to stay active so the techs can click them for each step.

I hope this makes sense.

Thank you

Hi @charlyusa ,

Unfortunately, we could not achieve this through Send an email with options action.

It can only be used to create a single-approved Approval request. When a person clicks one of the options, the request will end.

Maybe you can try to use Approval action to achieve your needs.
