error code: XrmAdminRequestFailed

I am in the government flow cloud, and just trying to make a VERY simple flow.

But everytime I get this error:
{
"error": {
"code": "XrmAdminRequestFailed",
"message": "The call to the XRM admin service failed with status code 'Forbidden' and message: ''."
}

I have all the admin rights access.
}

Re: error code: XrmAdminRequestFailed

Hi @Learnfromyou ,

You can try by deleting the current connection to Approval and adding a new one and try again. Go to Data -> Connections and you should see the Approvals connection over there. Delete and make a new one and it should work. Please see the screenshot below:

Hope this Helps!

Re: error code: XrmAdminRequestFailed

Hi, I deleted from connection and now getting this error:

{
"status": 404,
"source": "https://power-apis-usgov001-public.token.azure-apihub.us:443/tokens/power-apis-usgov001-public/appro...",
"message": "Error from token exchange: The connection (power-apis-usgov001-public/approvals/shared-approvals-33xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) is not found. Please create new connection and change your application to use the new connection."
}

I also created multiple times of the similar flow with different log in account and still doesnt work.

Re: error code: XrmAdminRequestFailed

Hey! Did you create the new connection to approvals?

Can you share a screenshot of the expanded flow?

Also, please refer to this

"Microsoft disconnected Common Data Services at their end a couple weeks ago. That's why Approval connector failed to work. To solve the issue, your O365 global admin needs to create a database at your tenant site. That will solve this issue. "

Re: error code: XrmAdminRequestFailed

Hi @Learnfromyou ,

I agree with @yashag2255 that this is related to upgrade of CDS database.

For details, please refer to the following blog:

Besides, please check this similar thread and see if it helps:

How to upgrade my CDS? The gov cloud just got activated for us about 10 days ago... do we have control to upgrade that?
