error message - Paths cannot be null, empty or whitespace at the start or the end

Hi Everyone,

Building my first flow and have run into this error message - Paths cannot be null, empty or whitespace at the start or the end.  I am quite new to this and have no idea what it means.

Here is a screen capture of the flow - the error is in "apply to each 3".   The purpose of the flow is to take information from a form, including an uploaded file, and use it to populate 3 different tasks in TEAMS.  Tasks 1 and 2 both need the uploaded file added.  

Tasks 1 and 3 work great but something goes wrong when it tries to add details to task 2.  Any suggestions you can offer would be appreciated.

problem "solved" - i deleted the action and rebuilt it.  Still no idea what the problem was but it works now
