excel get a row but fail

I use the "Get a row" on Excel Online to read 2 fields: ClientName and Location, which are used in the

Approval email.



how to test that it finds the corresponding row in Excel?

So that, if it cannot find the row, set both ClientName and Location as empty.

You can configure a run after condition and then add a parallel branch for the run after on another approval action. PLease see the screenshot below:


If you click the ... on the approval action 2, you can find the run after setting and set it as shown below:

ll.PNGThis will ensure that the when the item is not found in the get row, the approval two will kick off and you can configure those actions accordingly. You can add a terminate as scuccessful action after the approval 2 action so that the flow does not register it as failed when the item is not found in excel.
