Not sure if I am explaining correctly or over complicating my requirement, this is what I need
If an item is created in SharePoint list A,B,C or D
Then this should also be created in list E
User in list E should be emailed
if list E is updated with any changes to the fields then list A,B,C or D should be updated
User in list A,B,C or D should be emailed
so any changes should be mirrored vice versa
All the lists are identical
I hope this makes sense
That's very kind of you, however my machine is locked down and doesn't allow me to install any screen sharing software 😞
I could call you 😉 , I am based in the UK
Or alternatively could you provide screenshots of the flow that I can follow?
You filter query must be your sharepoint list columname(AOReference) eq 'map the dynamic field property'. I can't see the equal condition here. We have discussed this earlier.
apologies my mistake, I did add the filter query in and ran the flow it was not successful as it failed at the get items stage which is why I removed it and left in the dynamic field property. When I ran the flow again it passed at this stage but failed at the last stage of the flow
Weirdly I have added the filter query back in and the flow now runs successfully! however any changes I make in list A are not
reflected in the second list
Use "Get Item" instead of "Get Items". To get a specific item you need an ID. To get items you just need a query.
Makes sense? 🙂

Thanks for the discussion.
Get Items list should be the same as the Update List item. So from the Get Items you can get the Id and pass the Id to update list item. Hope it make sense.
I would like to provide my thanks to @abm he has been very patient and knowledgeable in providing assistance and support to a novice like me who is new to ms flows!
A valuable asset to this forum! keep up the good work!
