export entities to excel

Hi everyone, how can I setup a flow that export an entity from common data service to an excel? thanks!

Hi jschussmuller,

 

To export an entity from Common Data Service to an Excel, you should have an Excel file which is formatted as table and saved in a cloud storage, such as Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.


Then you could create a flow with the trigger “Common Data Service – When a record is created”, followed by the action “Excel- Insert row”.


In the Insert row action, please select the proper dynamic content for each field.

Thanks for the response! but I tried that and the trigger never happend! if I execute it manually it works fine.
