Hi @TSchwittek ,

Sorry for I'm afraid that your requirement couldn't be achieved since Microsoft flow couldn't update value in the excel file directly currently, Microsoft flow could only update the row in an formatted table currently.

Best Regards,

Alice

Hi!

I believe so. So you are thinking of selecting a Sharepoint list item and execute manually a flow, right? THis flow shall update a table in a well known Excel document, right? I mean always same Excel file no matter the Sharepoint List item selected

If so, you can either Add a row into a Table or... Update a row. Please note you will need to keep some sort of relationship between your SP list items and your Excel rows

Hi @TSchwittek ,

Do you want to add a row to excel table in a sharepoint file?

How would you trigger the flow?

You could create a table in a excel file refer to link below:

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/create-and-format-tables-e81aa349-b006-4f8a-9806-5af9df0ac6...

Screenshot below for create a new row in an excel table with data from n new created item in the list for your reference:

My idea is:

If the list is filled and the checkmark "Create Excel sheet" is set to Yes,

True für das erstellen.jpg

a template file is copied and the file name is changed.

The list is a template with empty cells.
And then, for example, the entry in "Uentrop Pipe Code" should be entered in the Excel file in cell S1

Excelsheet Rohrcode.jpg

And there are more empty cells to be filled

I hope, I explained it well?

Thanks
