flow triggered by a lot users calendars

Hi all,

The solutions i found in this forum are not solving my issue.

I plan to have a Flow that is triggered by each users calendar.
A new calendar entry is created and that triggers the flow. i created such a flow and shared it with others, but this flow is just linked to my user account.
Is there an easy way to somehow share such a flow and users just import it to their flows and it works without any changes on their calendar?

I am talking about 12 users and i don't want to rework the flow for each user.

Hi @MichaelFerstl

Use send flow as a copy

Hi @MichaelFerstl ,

As recommended by @RezaDorrani , you could use Send a copy to send a copy of this Flow to other users or groups. It is similar to the Flow template.

Alternatively, you could export the Flow as a .zip file and send the file to the specified user or group. They can use this file as a new Flow to import, and after configuring their own connection, they can use a similar Flow.

Please take a try.
