Hi,
I am trying to create a flow that has an approval process for different distributors. I have set the 1st one up which is working.
I am perplexed on how to set the additional flows up. if i set it up in the same flow process every time a different approval for one of the other distributors has been requested i receive an email to approve data that hasn't been entered as well as the data that has been entered for approval.
I then tried to set up a different flow seperate to the one above as its own rule. However because it is pulling data from the same document it does the exact same thing.
is there a way to set it up in one flow with a trigger that pulls only the data submitted?

Hi @AliciaDG ,
It seems that you are using the flow template to create the flow.
Please try to create a flow from blank.

Hi @AliciaDG ,
A single Flow can only get the response submitted in a single Form. If there are multiple forms corresponding to different distributors, you can create multiple similar Flows to get the response. If these flows are similar, you can use Save as to create a copy of the flow.

In addition, I noticed that the Dynamic content you configured in Condition is wrong. We need to use Outcome to judge the result of approval. Please refer to the following thread:

HI @v-bacao-msft ,
thanks for your response, just getting back into this flow problem now. with regards to they dynamic content condition showing Outcome as the value, i dont have that as an option.
the closest i have is response (the overall response to the request)
or
Responses (all of the responses)
have i created the wrong flow type?
thanks

Thanks that worked.
have one more roadblock with this document.
so i have created a copy of the flow as suggested. My issue here is because I am using the same document for two different flows. every time the form has been submitted it automatically pushes for approval for data that is not there from the other company.
is there a way around this?
Thanks
