generate email to list items older than 30 days

Well I gave it a try and generated a 100 emails instead of 1. (sigh) The problem I have is that as soon as I add my column to the Select table helpful Flow automatically stuffs it into a For Each container. Here's what I've got and a sample of the list I'm working with.

In the end I want the HTML output in the email to have just the Customer and Invoice # fields in it. And only those where the Settled column is No and the date created was more than 30 days ago.

Re: generate email to list items older than 30 days

Hi @ AmyBabinchak,

Could you please share a fullscreenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Do you want to get two columns "Customer" and "Invoice #" in the list items which's Settled column is No and the date created was more than 30 days ago?

I have made a test on my side, and I have created a sharepoint list as below:

Please refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

Note:

1.The expression in the Filter Array as below:

@and(lessOrEquals(formatDateTime(addDays(item()?['Date_x0020_Ordered'], 30), 'yyyy-MM-dd'), formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'yyyy-MM-dd')),equals(item()?['Settled'], false))

2.The expression of the Customer as below:

item()?['Customer']

3.The expression of the Invoice # as below:

item()?['Invoice_x0020__x0023_']

The flow would run successfully as below:

You could recieve the email with the item as below:

Alice Zhang
