hi @vanz09 if is a standard message you can use the fuction indexof to get the first number value and again indexof to get the start signature that is your end numbers container. Then you can split your numbers by like break.
It should be fairly easy to remove everything that is not a number in a message. From there it gets a little harder. As per christian's suggestion, you should be able to do a split by line break but then you will need to write each split to a variable to check against a SharePoint list. This gets a little interesting depending on how many numbers you are going to be sending in an email but it should be doable.
