getting data out from apply to each get items

Dear All,

Thank you for your time to see this message.

I have 2 sharepoint list : Expense List & LineItem List
I have 1 question as i am trying to get data out from a sharepoint list "LineItems" to put into excel for reporting.

my current flow is:

It will start to run when a button is clicked in powerapp base on a Status(Column in Expense List).
when it come to to LineItems it will run without any issue but due to it is in apply to each i not able to extract information out.
In LineItems list, i have column for Category, Cost, Description etc.
how do i extract the information from apply to each so that i can add both Getitems (expenseList) and Get items( lineitems list) to put together into excel.

Is there a one-to-one correspondence between the rows of these two lists, Expense List & LineItem List?

If there is a one-to-one correspondence, I've made a test for your reference:
