I have a simple flow that I am building.
A form (sharepoint list) which populates text strings/radio buttons.
This form has one more field called "Description" which is a multiline text field.
1. The themecolor for sharepoint is black, so the text within the Description field needs to be changed to white by the user when entering text. ( dont know how to set the default to white for it)
2. Now when the powerAutomate flow sends email to me with "Description" field, the email comes in white text, so it looks empty.
Since this email is actually going to be sent to an email alias list, I will need to find a way to get powerAutomate to send the text in "Description" textbox in black font.
Can anyone please suggest a way for this to be done ?
You can change the text format of email body using html on email connector in power automate. This change also applies to all the dynamic content and expression as well. I have included a screenshot for reference.

Hello @deshmane ,
based on your description I'd guess that 'Description' column is a multiple lines of text column with rich text formatting enabled = it keeps the column formatting. I'd try to add 'Html to text' action and put the 'Description' in it to convert it to text. You could then use the output of that action in the email.
