Hi, we have a spreadsheet to manage all our client process information. I'd like to automate sending an email including a feedback link when we type the instruction 'send' into a specific cell. It will need to pick up the client's email from the same row on the sheet.
Is this possible? I am an absolute novice here!
Many thanks
Moya

Hi @M0y4 ,
For Excel tables, it's not possible because there is no such trigger and Excel connector cannot recognize cell modifications in the table to automatically fire a flow. But as the alternative, you can use SharePoint list as the data source. So if there is a Choice/Text column, where user has selected or typed in "send", the flow would be triggered on the item being modified and get the Email address to send an Email.

HI Jeffer Ni, thank you. Is it possible to create the sharepoint list automatically from excel?
Much appreciated.

Hi @M0y4 ,
You can create a list from Excel table, it's a default feature.
