how to validate users in flow office phone number

Hello Microsoft PA community,

I've some problems trying to validate user information, we gather infomation through forms to ordrer office users.

The information we collect is:
-Firstname
-Surname
-Phone number (uniqe)
-Department
-Nearest leader
and some other information that isnt important.

I am trying to validate the phone number gathered from forms to see if the user already exists.

if it does -> Send email (Hello, this user already exists)
if not -> "Thank you for your order"

Hello Agine @v-liwei-msft,

So i've encountered a problem, The flow works grate if the user is created by the flow.
But the problem is that i've about 1350 office users, these users has been imported to sharepoint by using Excel.
The flow will not proseed as it should be if its imported data, only if the user is created by the flow.

Referance to the picture.
The prosess its like this:

1. Getting the forms, and the details.
2. Grabbing the data from forms over to Sharepoint.
3. then joining the value with ","
4. Condtion = Output (contains) user phonenumber

If yes:
Sorry, the user you have ordered already exists

if no:
Thank you for your order, your order will prosessed soon.

Then:
Create element in sharepoint (user info)

then:
1.Create a task (to get it into Teams)
2. Update task details (We will get a form in teams)
3. When a task is completed
then send a email "Your order is complete, the user will recive passoword and username on X number"

Hi @Sixtenz01 ,

By saving the results obtained  to a SharePoint list, you can use condition to determine whether the SharePoint list contains the newly added phone number.
I have made a test for your reference:

1.Design a SharePoint list based on the content of the form.

2.Use "Get items" to get all the items in SharePoint, and use "Join" to convert the value returned by "Get items" to a string.

3.Determine whether the string returned by "Join" contains the newly added phone number, if not, send an email and add this item to SharePoint.
