html to text fails because of retries/timeouts

I have an Apply to each where on each loop I'm doing some conversion from html tag to text that I use to send an email.

Not for all apply to each loops or not for all "html to text" actions - and without any clear reason (as the data is similar)- the "html to text" fails because of timeout after some retries.

Any clue on how to solve the retries/timeouts or how to do the conversion from html to plain text in another way?

Additionally the flows takes 5h38h to send 10 mails which I'm guessing is linked to those retries.

Thanks!

Hello,

Try using Fixed interval as the type.
And for count put in 20
For interval put in PT20S

Hello,

My guess is too many calls to the connector.
Can you try setting a retry policy.
This can be done by clicking each HTML to text action and clicking the 3 dots. Than settings.
Turn retry policy on, and configure settings to have more retry’s with higher increment of time between each retry.

Thanks though the policy is already set by default (The default is an exponential interval policy set to retry 4 times). should I increase to other values therefore? Which ones should be the right ones if default are not working?

Great! With 10 and PT10S it also worked! And instead of 5h38m now it runs it in 2min31sec! Thanks!
