hyperlink to download file?

I tried this post but it's not working for me, If I open that link on the browser, it's downloading the file successfully.
Flow showing this error: HTTP request failed with status code 'NameResolutionFailure' and status message.

The error makes it look like the DNS name in the URL is a local name and not resolvable in the Internet Domain Name Services.
