i want to know what format i should use for ID value in the expression

 i utilize a condition in my flow.    Though, i want to know what format i should use for ID value in the expression .   Should i add "" for the value :1

it depents what type your sharepoint list Is 

if it is a  number field the no if it is a text field the yes
