limit reactions on form under certain conditions

Maybe someone can help me with this case:

I have created a form that allows people to register for activities. The activities take place every week on Thursday evening, Friday morning and Friday afternoon. So every week people can register on a certain date at a certain time (for example September 20, afternoon).

Now I would like to make a Flow that can limit the number of tenderers. The flow should therefore count how many registrations there are at a certain time (for example Friday afternoon) on a certain date (20 September). If there are already 12 registrations, a message must be showed to the 13th registrant that this moment is full and they must choose another moment.

Anyone has an idea how I could do this?

Re: limit reactions on form under certain conditions

Hi @SophieVh ,

If you are using MS Forms, you may consider using the following methods to achieve your needs.

At the same time, you need to use SharePoint List to build such a flow together.

Create a new List to record the Forms response, and view the number of currently registered people by the number of items. If the specified number is exceeded, a notification is sent. If not, the response is recorded in the List.

@SophieVh

Flow cann help you meet your requirement.  You may want to take a look at PowerApps as an alternative to Forms.  Forms cannot give you the functionality that you are looking for.
