make reservation using form but lock on 2 slot

i want to make a reservation form with capability of 2 slots, and after that it will not accepting more reservation by send email. is there any way of making this? using forms and sharepoint list.

the flow probably like this:

when user submit a form it will check Spot1 and Spot2 for that date is it reserved or not.

if either spot1 and spot2 still available on that day it will accept the reservation, otherwise it will notify that its fully booked on that particular date.

please help.

but i have one question where do you want to store your data from the form ?( sharepoint calender excel ?)

hi @Gericom am plan to store in sharepoint list, because i was thinking i can create flow create event on my calendar later on.. if we store in Calendar, it looks a bit complex and have to setup start time and end time, and i dont have access to admin 365 page.

am having difficulty to make the same as your flow. - how do you make f undefined,...  see my capture. Also, how do the flow differentiate the availability spot?. i want the flow keep accepting reservation as long as there are slots available, if its 2 spots or name has booked it will notify email says for that date is fully booked..  should  i modify the form by get rid the select slot, and leaving the date only ya?

Hi 

Set var 2 is Setting the value to false (expresion)

you can add extra conditions in condition 5

the flow will has a var true and if one of the conditions is met it will set to false .

if its set to false it means the appointment isn't available
