monthly copy sharepoint list

Hi, 

I wanna back up monthly a sharepoint list. Can i automate this with FLOW?

I tried to use trigger every 30days and then save the list to a Excel sheet... but i dont get it to work. 

Can Flow somehow create a sheet or a new document every month?

I need this data then to show it on a Power BI report.

Hi @frurofrunse,

This should be able to achieve using a flow like this:

 

You cannot use the SP items to create a document but you can insert rows with the corresponding columns.

How does flow in this case enter the itmes like Age or Nationality?
