move an email from a contact that is categorized as a client to a specific folder

I want to segregate emails from all clients into a folder for client emails. If I assign a category of client to those contacts how would I set up such a flow? I didn't find a template that looked helpful.

As you mentioned, “emails from all clients”, I assume that clients are not in your organization.


I am considering a workaround for your scenario, using action Get user profile to check if the email sender belongs to your organization or not.


Of course, the action Get user profile will be failed if the sender isn’t in your organization, so we need to configure run after when it is failed.
