I am trying to build a flow when a mails arrives on inbox, it will distribute them into subfolders automatically.
Is it possible?
I created one flow like --when e- mail arrives-initialize and set variable and move-- and copied it as many as my subfolders.
But it doesn't distribute mails in order? Fork example 2 mails go to folder 1 and other 3 to another subfolder.
Is there a solution ?
Thanks for quick answer.
I created one flow.İt wil take a new mail and moves to a subfolder1 and i want to do it with an order between my subfolders.
For example new mail 1 goes subfolder 1
new mail 2 goes subfolder 2
this is a shared mailbox and every personel responseble at one subfolder we handle mails with that order.
i want to do it automatically.
so i copied flows and i only changed the subfolder's name.
It work sometimes but sometimes failed and it skips another sub folder
it gives below error
The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.
Hi @zeyneperen, try to use only one scheduled flow that runs, let's say, every 5 minutes and execute "Get emails (V3)" from your shared mailbox. After that you can easily move each email as you like.
Sorry but i don't think to understand you 😞
just i want to do simple dispatcher. It will move new mails to the subfolders with an order. We don't need any rule about mail content from information or attachments.I have sent 7 test mails this mailbox but some how one folder got 5 others 1
