moving notes attachments to share point, leaving that document url in the crm notes.

hi this is bharath, i am new to microsoft flows. i want to move attached notes to the share point, once moved i want to provide link  of that document in the notes, and i want to see the attached notes in the documents of that particular record. anyone have idea how to do it. please help me.

How to understand that provide link of that document in the notes once the attached notes is moved to sharepoint?

How to understand that see the attached notes in the documents of that particular record?
