multi select option set in power automate

i have a multi select option set column in a CDS and i want to extract the text not the item ID.

this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qojYnMu2Nlw

demonstrates that it is possible to extract text from multi select option set column but my question is that - is it worth doing this many steps just to extract text from multi select option set column?

I am interested to know if using lookup column or text column would be a better solution for integration with power automation compared to multi select option set column.

Thanks
