I want to build a flow so when I create a new deal in Outlook customer manager it adds that deal to a Sharepoint list. The issue I have is that there is no trigger options available for Outlook customer manager so I can use it as a trigger for the action of Sharepoint create an item in a list. Any ideas?
Have you checked the following article?
Upon the article above, flow has the ability to create a deal using the Outlook Customer Manager connector, would it be possible for you to create a deal using Flow?
which then could add the SharePoint create item Action.
Besides, as you already noticed, currently there is no trigger or action available for the Outlook Cutomer Manager under Microsoft Flow,
if you would like Flow to add this feature, then please consider submit this as an idea under the Flow idea forum:
Further, if creating deal within Flow is not available, then please consider create some rules under Outlook to send a notification Email when a deal is created under Outlook Customer Manager, which then we could take use the notification email to trigger the flow.
thanks for the info but that is going the opposite direction than I want. I want to create a deal in Outlook customer manager and at that point it creates an item in a sharepoint list.
Being able to trigger a flow when a customer, contact, or deal is created or changed would make me switch over to Customer Manager. Right now I am looking for alternate solutions that I can integrate the CDS with.
ive been trying all day to create a flow triggerd from outlook CM Deal to put in sharepoint for entire team/summary report. this question was 2 years ago and no resolution yet?
