past due reminder

Has anyone had any success in building a flow for sending reminders for past due sharepoint list items.  I have a custom list used for tracking issues.  The list has a status selection of not started, in progress, and complete.  I am trying to check if it does not say complete and is past the due date listed, that it will email the person assigned.  I have tried this and it either won't run or it constantly returns a true value for all items in the list and then when it checks the date it won't send the email.

I am using the advanced editor to enter in the following :

@less(item()?['Due_x0020_Date'], formatDateTime(utcnow(), 'MM-dd-yyyy'))

Re: past due reminder

Hi @mdziados,

Take a try to change the formula as below:

@less(formatDateTime(item()?['Due_x0020_Date'],'yyyyMMdd'), utcnow('yyyyMMdd'))

See if this would make it work.

Regards,

Michael

Re: past due reminder

Just to add to this information I have given...here is the photo of the run.  It is showing the expression result for all 24 list items as being true, meaning none of the items contain complete.  Nearly half of them say complete.  The value used for complete is exactly the same as the item from the choices for the item field.  It still says that none of the items have complete as the choice apparenlty.
