 I think it would be interesting to use Flow for pesticide application documentation in SharePoint, triggering the mandatory email alert to your team, putting it on a calendar, and making a solid copy. Entering it in SharePoint could autofill a lot of EPA requirements, even windspeed in the area? If a template was created it would make a lot of pesticide applicators happy.

Hi @Slimpickins,

Could you show me more details about the scenario? How do you want your flow to be triggered?

When the flow is triggered, you could use action “Office 365 Outlook - send an email” to send a notification to your team, then use the action “SharePoint - Create item” to add it on a Calendar, then use action “SharePoint - Copy file” to copy a file from one folder to another.

Please help provide more info on it.

Immediatly after applying a pesticide we record the folowing on a dry erase board. Date Time of application, crop and target pest, Location, wind direction temp, Active ingredient product name, EPA registration Number, Number of acres, total amount of product, applicator Info, Reentry intrval and the time it expires. following that we send a notification email out to our team including some of the previous info. We then must keep physical copys of this application for 3 years. This is all done for compliance reasons. None of our record keeping is digital at this point, Im guessing that is pretty standard for most ag outfits. Its pretty time consuming.

But I am afraid currently Microsoft Flow could not start the trigger with this part "Immediatly after applying a pesticide we record the folowing on a dry erase board".

If the information could be recorded in a corresponding SharePoint list, then that would be much easy for Flow to send the Email notification.
