please help me figure out why can't i develop my flow to generate a pdf out of my html

So here is my html code

I followed several tutorials on youtube but they all seem to not work for me. What am I doing wrong?  Can someone help me make this flow work?

The key here is that after you create the HTML file there are a couple additional steps.

1) Create HTML file in OneDrive

2) Convert that file to PDF (this conversion takes place in memory)

3) Create a PDF file using the content created in #2

Well, what does your flow look like so far? The basic procedure is:

  1. Create a File in one drive which contains your HTML
  2. Use the convert action to convert the HTML to PDF
  3. Do whatever you want to do with the PDF (Save it, email it, etc).

for some reason as far as it goes is creating an HTML, it doesn't make a pdf.
